What is PayPal?
PayPal is the international leader in online payments, with more than 105 million accounts. PayPal offers easy, fast and secure payments from 55 countries and 6 currencies and is suitable for anyone with a credit card or an email address. You can safely pay online using your credit card or your bank account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you first have to register at Paypal. Best is to register with Paypal first before you place an order. After the one-time registration with PayPal, you can use your PayPal account at any time to pay for on-line orders via the Internet.

Are there costs associated with applying for a PayPal account?
No, there are no costs associated with registration or payments with your PayPal account. To arrange your payment at DutchTutor.com it is sufficient to register a private PayPal account.

Is PayPal secure?
Yes, PayPal uses SSL technology to encrypt your information through the Internet. The receiver (in this case DutchTutor.com) is not able to see your financial information like your credit card or your bank details. Only PayPal and your credit card company can view your information for payment.

How to order with a PayPal Account?

- Click on the "Order now" button at the bottom of this page and you will be transferred to our "Sign-up" page.
- Complete the "Sign-up" form and click on "Submit".
- Now you can log in using your login id and password.
- After logging in your "member page" you are invited to arrange your payment.
- Click the "PayPal" logo and you will automatically be linked to the secure payment page of PayPal.
- Enter your e-mail address and your PayPal password after which your order will be automatically displayed by Paypal.
- Carry out your Paypal payment.
- Now login to your account again and you will be asked to choose your language.
- After choosing your language you will be automatically directed to your "member page" which will indicate that your payment is processed.
- You now have access to all the lessons by clicking on the lesson page-link of your chosen language on your "member page".
- In your "member page" you will then also see the number of hours of access to the lessons.
- Each time you log in, your time spent will be deducted from the available hours. Each time you log in again you can see how many hours you still have at your disposal.

ORDER COURSE THROUGH YOUR DUTCH PARTNER

If you don't have a credit card or a PayPal account you can ask your partner in the Netherlands to apply for a Login ID and password. Your Dutch partner can than arrange the payment for you. After that your Dutch partner can let you know the Login ID and password enabling you to access all the lessons.

Payment instructions iDEAL (Dutch Bank)

What is iDEAL
iDEAL is a Dutch payment gateway.

You can only use iDEAL if you have an internet banking account with the following Dutch banks: ABN-AMRO, ING/Postbank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Regio Bank, Tridios or Fortis Bank.

With iDEAL you can purchase securely and easily online. With iDEAL you make your payment through your own familiar Internetbanking account of your own bank.

For iDEAL payments we use Stripe as the payment provider.

How to order with iDEAL?

- Click on the "Order now" button at the bottom of this page and you will be transferred to our "Sign-up" page.

- After your payment is accepted you will automatically return to your "member page" where you choose your language next to Dutch.
- After choosing your language you now have access to all the lessons by clicking on the lesson page-link of your chosen language on your "member page".
- In your "member page" you will then also see the number of hours of access to the lessons.

What is Stripe?
Stripe is an international payment platform that allows you to pay securely with your credit or debit card.

Stripe is based in the United States and has a full license to carry out online payment services. The moment you make a payment through Stripe absolutely no financial data such as credit card number or bank account are sent. This makes Stripe extremely safe. How to order with Credit or Debit Card through Stripe?

- Click the "Credit Card" logo and you will automatically be linked to the secure payment page of Stripe where you can arrange your payment.
